I have a concept for a floating city. 

Basic idea is to have a small skyline of skyscrapers and other high rise buildings on a decent sized chunk of floating land. 

Due to height restrictions it would probably be best to build the city at about sea level and then remove the earth underneath it. 

Then because it is so low to the ground I think it might be cool to have it over either a giant circular waterfall or lava flow. Basically a lake that is sinking into itself?

I'm not sure about what height to build it at - part of me feels that to be as cool as it should be it's going to have to be higher up. [[Float]]

Additionally, the goal could be to make it as small as possible while still looking like a relatively large city (it'd still have to be pretty big, just not at all to scale). [[Float]]
